Pineapple Tarts!

One of our Taiwan mama here is a great chef! :D She invited us over to her house the other day to bake pineapple tarts :) She bakes the best pineapple tart in Taiwan! :P We missed her tarts so much that we even bought tarts from the supermarket but nothing beat hers! ;)

 Ingredients :)

 We wrapped the pineapple jam in with the dough and shaped them into squares

 Best served with tea :D

Blow It Away!

So.. here I am, stucked in my room for the whole day coz of typhoon :(
Heavy rain and strong wind outside, typhoon is NOT fun! Tsk
Was a lil bit excited at the beginning when we knew that typhoon is coming, ahhh, first time experiencing it :P But.. its not fun afterall :(

Thank God for our Taiwan mama who sent us food in the middle of typhoon night :D

I miss days with good weather here. Went for a stroll at the park at my work place the other day.
Its so so pretty here! :) Definitely a good place to take a rest from the busy city life.
